The Bipolar Game Changer: Harvest Your Special Messages, Glorify Your Superpowers and Re-Uncover Your Mania to Level Up Your Life
By Andrea Grey

Andrea Grey has Bipolar I, and has written a kind of a self-help book that may help others with Bipolar find their creative capabilities. She has received appropriate treatment over many years so that she is able to make the better of her abilities.

I, myself have Bipolar II and so can easily relate to the racing thoughts evidenced in the discontinuity of the text and the sheer variety of ideas covered. For that reason, I didn’t read it all the way through and instead opened it on random pages and read selected passages. She emphasizes the spiritual aspects of Bipolar, as well as the creative talents. She also covers issues such as stigma, certain shortcomings of the mental health system, and how it’s improving, plus a few misgivings about society itself.

My suggestion is to pick this book up and give it a look to find out if you yourself find it helpful or inspiring. You may read the very thorough introduction and explore the list of chapters and subheadings and enjoy the author’s self-created words and then read a very quick conclusion.
