Our guest presenter is Nancy Ford, retired Executive Director of Pathways SMIS and a past ED for PLAN Institute, a recognized social innovation. Nancy has managed numerous local, national and international projects designed to nurture resilience and innovation where family leadership is key.

Nancy will also share her first-hand experience of the challenges and successes families face in supporting a loved one diagnosed with a serious mental illness.
