Find support through a community that has shared experiences.

What do our weekly support groups involve?

A small group of families, significant others and friends of a loved one with a serious mental illness with or without a diagnosis meet online. The group share their experiences and challenges and provide emotional support, information, resources and help in navigating services.

With the guidance of our dedicated Family Peer Support Volunteers, you can expect to learn and share coping strategies. You can also expect to receive and give the encouragement, reassurance and compassion that is needed on this journey.

Who can attend a weekly support group?

Families, significant others, and friends of a loved one with a serious mental illness, including anxiety disorders, PTSD, bipolar disorder, depression, borderline personality disorder, concurrent disorders, and schizophrenia.
